Hi all guys and well found in this brand new video with this wonderful Claas Lexion 630!
There is not much to say about this brand new CLAAS gem, a real gem of the German company that describes it as a collection machine among the best. As in the last video, I reiterate that LEXION is synonymous with warranty, performance, versatility, efficiency, technology, power and comfort. The 630 is equipped with a 7,7 L Mercedes-Benz OM 936 LA engine with 6 cylinders in line, capable of delivering up to a maximum of 354 HP. This engine guarantees a high torque and a minimum fuel consumption, partly due also to the effective transmission. This Lexion, however, is very famous for its award-winning threshing system and new technology in the field of straw walkers: gold medal at AgriTechnica 2017 for the automatic regulation of threshing organs. The 630 model in question has 5 straw walkers, which ensure more than reduced product losses, all of which is monitored by the CEBIS system which constantly monitors the flow of the product and the working progress of the entire machine, updating in real time the 'operator. Since the whole speech of the revolutionary threshing system is very interesting, for more information and details I leave you the link of the official CLAAS website (www.claas.it/prodotti/mietitre... of product). The bar with which we are dealing today is the same as the last video, a Cressoni CRX SojaFlex of 5.40 m with Claas livery. As in the case of the previous video, I repeat that the famous Italian brand CRESSONI is known for the production of blades especially for folding harvesters, a feature that makes them more comfortable in road transport operations compared to the classic bars pulled by a tractor through a cart. This combine would in fact be able to carry with it up to 7 m of bar! But with narrow streets and difficult to reach places, as in these parts, it is not at all comfortable ...
Finally, we find a John Deere 6430 Premium with a 3-axle Pavelli trailer.
The videos were shot on 5 different plots, and I wanted to bring both IN-CAB and OUT-CAB video, in order to offer a wide overview of all the threshing operations.
Finally, I would like to thank the third-party company F.lli BANO for the help in the creation of the video and the collaboration provided, as well as the great availability for filming. Best wishes to the Drivers!
I hope you enjoyed the video! And if you have not seen all my videos yet, run to see them and sign up!
We'll see you in the next video!
