So you're clabber has not yet reached the chunky stage where it separates into curds and whey, correct? Am I just looking for the clabber when it gets to the sour tasting stage?

in this video I used kefir, that's why. But you can make this dough with clabber and yes, it should be in the stage where curds and whey separate and has a sour taste and smell.

Yes I had a similar questions and I will watch the other video as well. I am looking for a bread or roll recipe that does not have baking powder, yeast, or another leavening agent Thank you for all the useful information and great videos. I would like to use oat flour, or blended oatmeal can that be substituted for the flour or could the results vary?
