Hey all! Wanted to take the knowledge I have learned playing Anthem about its gear and share it with you guys so you can better understand how to build your javelins and make them more powerful!

Awesome in-depth explanation to the stats, Got my Colossus up to 500+ and still didn't look and care bout the sub-stats until I got a "Masterworks" Insult and Injury grenade launcher with : shields/25%, gear/200%, ammo/8%, and GrenLaun/19% ammo

Hi Claic, some advice: Use + or - instead of > or < for the dmg bonus/penalty. Also those arrows would be easier to see if they are white. Nice video!

Claic, one small correction about armor and hp. Armor is the yellow hp bars, hp is the red hp bars. Just a FYI. I heard that acid and fire do more to armor, and ice and lightning do more damage to shields. Got that info from a vid from open world games if you want to checkin. Not 100%sure but it makes sense. Always great to see you having fun and playing some other stuff. Perhaps we'll get to play ingame soon (already on your friends list xD)

Thank you for the Video! Question- what does the blue lighting bolt and the white triangle mean that appear next to the power of a weapon, (same spot as the broken shield you showed) i've been unable to find this info Great vid ! keep them coming please :)

Lightning bolt I think means electric damage and the other one MIGHT mean physical? I can't be 100% certain on the triangle but I think that is correct!

Great info. One question... if you scroll to the end... @ around 9 min. what is the red triangle for to the left of both of your weapons and pulse blast? I have been trying to figure this out and there is no info on it anywhere.

Nice Video and good explanation to the stats, but i got one Question regarding a stat - does for example the stat "[E] + 25% Speed" mean that the cooldown is lowered or is the speed of charging ( in case of like Fireball ) or using the skill increased?

Question, high capacity munitions for the colossus. It increases damage by 33% when an effect is cleared but it doesn’t say for how long some other components say for 10 seconds or five seconds after the effect activates but this component does not specify when the damage buff stops? So is it for the rest of the encounter or until you die?

Do the passives on weapons only apply when that specific weapon is in use? For example i have physical +100% on one of my guns,if i switch to the other gun will i still have the physical +100% boost?

What's the [o] physical on ability mean, eg. Colossus best defense has +100% physical, does it apply to my melee(∆ button) or does it add 100% physical dmg to my ability, I dont get it...

I have Airborne Advantage legendary..Its says impact dmg 50% blast dmg 20%..Does that impact dmg 59% affect my machine pistol dmg..? Or does it affect just my Launcher..?

Gear damage are your two like Q and E or LB and RB moves I do believe.

If it's a javelin icon it's for your character overall, if it's a cog icon it's only for that specific item. Gear is your bumper abilities on console.

If it says gear it applies to just that gear itll say other wize and if its an overall increase youll just see numbers follwed buy a percentage

Yeah so essentially it makes the items that drop have a better chance of being higher quality so MW or Legedary. It soft caps at around 190 total though.

I guess you missed the WhiteYellow weapon effect icon "Armour Piercing"? Q: If you have a good explanation of exactly "exactly" source & everything that increases Colossus "Shield Charge" damage besides the 300% equipment. +15% Melee Damage? +5% All Damage? Keep up the good Editing*

Now that gear stats have changed, does anyone have a update for the changes. "Gear Charges". This would make sense if you had an ammo count for gear or on gear that has a charge time.... I see this stat on gear that fires instantly and with no amount/ammo counter.

Stats are hidden ( you have no idea about summaries of your stats because this is not RPG or not even ARPG ) loot is broken ( my master crafted loot from 1h raid got ZERO PERCENT for extra dmg when hovering- cool :p ) junk loot is everywhere and I write this AFTER patch that should repair loot drop

That specific item you are speaking of was really REALLY strong. So they lowered to 0% till a fix can come which is expected March 12 I think.

Something weird on the reddit is that Acid damage is physical and not Elemental damage... I would think that's wrong. But Bioware half hassed the game so there's a ton of confusion on the details
