The son of Lithuanian immigrants, Johnny Ramensky (or Jonas Ramanauskas, 1905-1972), who was born in Scotland, became famous as a robber robber and a skilful fugitive from the most guarded prisons, using his skills and knowledge of explosives during World War II.
