I did some intense shifting throughout this session. Im 77 and last week i paid for my cremation. Doing so brought a different relief and a freedom that was utterly new. Im able to live out my life exactly as i want. No conditions, nobody elses rules or expectations, no withouts, excuses or sorrys. Gratitude and love come in to fill all those open spaces. Its very lovely and im very happy and i love to see and hear you make sense of our world, every day, so thankyou Claire. And Gary....i enjoy the natters. Hes funny.

I left Slimming World. Just focus on balance now. Cut out wheat to next to nothing, best thing I have ever done. On a more meat based diet now.

Wild message in it for live TV and that elite audience at the awards show, using his art to tackle some deep issues in the world, many things you also talk about. This was his first ever TV performance or performance to that kind of audience and of all his music, instead of showing off himself, he went for a simple stripped down performance focusing on this message. He is a fascinating character, writer, producer, directer, multi instrumentalist. Often wonder who he was in a past life. If youre interested you might want to check out his 'hi ren' video. It has resonated with millions of people and feels to me like deep intense shadow work, put to music and emerges hopeful. It's more of a journey than a song. Ren got a number 1 earlier this year in the UK but is relatively unknown and doesn't have a major label or anything. People are actually resonating and paying attention to the things he says. He's a different kind of character moving in those circles and often uses his platform and voice to raise awareness of more vulnerable in our society, substance abuse, mental health, homeless, chronic illness, poverty etc.
