If contact could be found of the fallens family then the belongings should be passed to them. In uk we have a show on tv about digging exploring old army campsites and they have found dogtags and other bits that they then traced ,as they knew which battalions etc were there from past history of the sites ,they go onto find any living relatives of the past owner of what ever the item or items maybe an return them . Very touching as they can then go onto be family heirlooms.

It's obvious a fake video made to collect subscribers and everything about it is suspect. Firstly the sheer height of the detector and the amount of clowning around by swinging it was imbecilic. The artefacts pointed at a Nazi stash, souvenirs secreted until after the War, but the jewellery was too clean and the badge was a copy, the pin mechanism gave that away and he tried to pronounce the swastika to make a statement. Trying then to make the scene dramatic with atmospheric music, we have no idea where this site was ? could be someone's back garden for all we know and a place that never saw the foot of an invasion. The tree was barely that old to date to that era and used as a marker also. But congratulations, you reached your target of subscribers or mugs that got sucked into the same hole.

@@secondstance3380 don't be dumb... you don't put a helmet with personal items including the knives in a buried barrel as a grave... there is no personal papers... My guess its a place where someone hid their valuables to keep the enemy from taking them upon capture....
