Hi Colin. Thanks for the calibration procedure. I have the Tec Tronic T223, rebranded Tecpel DCM-043, that also has the 0.6A variation, which I can now sort out with your video. Mine has now also developed a 100 ohm zero off-set. Did you manage to work out what the other trim pots are for?

Can it be used as if it were a Fluke 771? Repeatably? I will be really impressed if that thing can show me 12 mA consistently and be under 500$.

@@dougbeckwith768 I wouldn’t have thought any clamp meter could show 12mA DC consistently and accurately! That seems like shunt territory. But if the Fluke 771 can do it, that’s awesome! This meter is much better at small currents than the typical automotive version, and really affordable, but I would start doubting things under .5 amps.
