i discovered this song, i'm god, and clams casino in general, in 2016 as well. the same year, same summer, and same week where i moved out of my parents house for the first time, to another city, away, for university. I will never feel the way i did, ever again in my whole life. it was excruciatingly painful yet beautiful and full of wonder and discovery. I will never forget this time of my life, it seems so far way now

I also discovered Clams and this song (the lucid video here on KZbin) in 2016. It was a painful year, I felt hurt, lost and scared because I just graduated from the uni and broke up with my gf and lost a relative. But there was some calm and indifference to everything in me as well, I just dove deep into myself and started analysing. This music is its theme. I miss those half anxious half magic times.
