The Dunoon massacre took place in 1646 around Dunoon on the Cowal Peninsula, Scotland.
Men of the powerful Clan Campbell massacred men, women and children of the Clan Lamont.[
Every year members of Clan Lamont lay a wreath on the memorial made for the slain men, women and children.
Pipers were from the Dunoon grammar school.
