to be honest, I don't think clancy is broken, stage 2 takes so many shots to charge and any high trophy showdown player would not feed clancy his ult. If he does get ult then he is OP i guess.

I think he has potential in solo sd but no in this meta because there are too many angelos on open maps and too many franks on closed maps
