Nerf ideas: Clancy loses half of tokens of the current tier he is in when he dies. For example, you are tier 3 and if you die you respawn with tier 2 and halfway to tier 3. Another nerf would be a super super charge nerf, basically make sure that he doesn't chain supers 24/7

I think the best way to make it more balanced is to making it longer to get to the golden token and either make the ultimate shoot half the damage or having to get a lot more shots to use it, if they change him by giving us a Surge 2.0 it would be a total waste of a character.
