you can deduce the color extrapolating it from the (mouth) lip color. it aint the same, unless they are using a lipstick speciffically to match it, a trend kinda popular lately, but you could go for the same tone, guessing if its going to be a little lighter or darker. the size you could make an educated guess based on the proportions of the breasts themselves.
