Completely adorable. Don't know why but it is satisfying for me to know that my life and her life overlapped by almost a year.

I've said it before, I'll say it again. I don't know how anyone who has seen her movies could not be completely in love with her.

This actress was much better than the movies she too often had to act in. (But Mantrap is considered one of her better directed films - It's directed by the same man who did Wizard of Oz). That plus the fact that she early retired was a great loss to cinema.

In the few later "talkies" she did, I love her Brooklyn accent. Though they tried to cover it up. What a cutie she was.

I would love to see a theatrical screening of Mantrap.

MANTRAP was arguably her greatest silent film, though I'm sure most of her fans would probably go with IT, which was made a year later, since she became known as "The It Girl". Both were wonderful performances by Clara. HULA and THE PLASTIC AGE were also enjoyable silent films, too.

Their video is beautiful and I have included it in the "Album of the movie Stars, thank you to share it, it can look for it in Internet writing "Album de las Estrellas de Cine" or "Tribute Actress Famous" or "Banco de Cine" and look for in the alphabet of the ALBUM for the initial letter of the star of this videotape C CL nº 03 here its videotape is. Up in it paginates it where their video is there is a connection to "Listado de Honor" make click and once inside of it pulses in the LISTING of HONOR of the center, the name of its CHANNEL is already logged, congratulation and thank you.

no star, before or since ever looked like Clara Bow, pure magic, a lot of her facial expressions remind me of Natalie Wood

I think she was the only great thing about the movie. Her vitality and metropolitan modernity were unfortunately wasted on rural settings and stuffy morals in "Mantrap". But as a showcase for her charismatic expressivness and charme, it is still a prime example. But she much more fits into urban surroundings.
