So great u r covering this. I'm a sole proprietor, so although I have an LLC which is me, have been funding my retirement acct for many years. The same way we do accounting and tax prep for our businesses, I think businesses owners especially should appoach their personal finances similarly. My fam uses a CFP service that looks at optimizing our retirement, investments, budget & flow, reserves, and even life insurance. Its too much for anyone to tackle on their own, so its totally fair game to get help, get outside eyes who aren't trying to sell u investment products for commission. To me its like a mechanic who tunes your engine to keep the car running to its max.

I am micro size women owned business, who wants to retire. Please advise 1) how to evaluate my business. 2) what if bus. Has EIDL loans & the business sell has to pay off that first and if that's before or after taxes 3) I have $ 200k in Eidl loans what is the fastest way to pay done to principal if SBA doesn't allow added pmts.
