Does this mean that kids that only get one or two items during the shopping process actually do get additional items added during inspection? It always makes me feel down when I see those videos where someone only buys one gift while someone else gets more - especially if there might have been siblings that got picked up by different people. It doesn't help that it seems a lot of cities now are limiting the number of child's wishes to only one item.
