This channel did such a wonderful job. With the pre race interviews, twitter updates during the race, and post race video, it really made the WS 2019 very entertaining, even for those of us thousands of miles away. Thank you guys so much!

Congratulations on an epic race performance Clare! Also, this was one of the best interviews on Irunfar I have ever seen. You really recreated the excitement of the race in the interview.

I knew Clare was gonna take it when she left Duncan Canyon running the wrong way and the volunteers needed to chase her down and turn her around. What an incredible performance

Pacer? WTF! Winning because someone kicks your ass and not because of own willpower is not really the spirit of long distance running... Pacer, Please Keep put of Trailrunning!

what a body language....but Courtney is the real winner

I love Courtney as well but that's just disrespectful. At the end of the day, thinking about 'what if she finished' doesn't matter - she didn't.
@JamesScottGuitar5 жыл бұрын
Konstruktivismus Konstru I’m guessing Courtney would disagree with that statement. She dropped to be able to run other races this year, rather than destroy herself with one injury in exchange for a one race win and remove any and all opportunities for the rest of the year. She’s a smart competitor and wise enough to know what’s important to her. I love that about her.

i'm sure Clare agrees with me. Courtney totally dominated the race and was clearly the best runner. She was an hour ahead of the field...that is a completely different level. Clare is a good runner up, but not the real winner of the race.
