Indeed, elegance can be seen in the small details, the ambiance, or even the way guests are treated. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff’s welcoming and natural approach. Considering the hotel’s rich history and the remarkable guests who’ve stayed here over the years, you might expect a more formal approach, but it’s the opposite. The environment feels comfortable and inviting, which, to me, is the essence of elegance. I experienced the same at The Ritz.
