Sir it is written that we have to give one paper under Set C and D irrespective of the one chosen by us for qualification, and they are even allowing access to that paper in Set C and D on portal of ICAI LMS. What is all this confusion, then why did they ask us to choose one subject even if we can give any paper of our choice later...

Yes , you can appear for any paper of your choice irrespective of the paper chosen while registering for final . Read para 3 of the notification.

I just need clarification regarding the applicability of Set-C and Set-D...whether both are exempt ... or we have to clear either of the two, bcoz pdf pinned by Shubham Sir suggests the same.

Read the 3rd paragraph carefully...they have said you've to clear any one exam irrespective of whatever you have chosen while registering...

It is available to everyone but applicable to those who cleared either one or both groups of Inter under the new scheme or did not appear in Final under the old scheme.

Sir initially the notification was that those students who were enrolled for CA Final Nov 23 or May 24 attempt, had cleared CA intermediate in old course and had already completed their articleship can appear for SPOM after CA Final exams but before applying for membership.
