Thank you Junaid sahab. We will soon be in the process of hiring a contractor. I have noted down these points, and will be mindful of them. I would request you to make a video as to how should we judge the houses that are shown to us by contractors as the specimen of their expertise. We are common people and the lighting and fixtures etc all seem the same to us wherever we go. Can you help people like us as to how to really SEE the houses and understand whether it is well done or not.

I am Sajid Hussain from Lahore. I have Ten Marla plot in Bahria Town Lahore. I was paying instalments.I have paid all instalment .possion is due now. But due to financial problems I am still unable to get it.what will be the effect of new taxes as announced if I sale my plot after possession . PLEASE guide
