Hello friends - today's video is a bit different from my usual vlogs, I wanted to bring you along and show you what I eat in a week as a university student! I used to make these videos more often a while ago so I thought I would make an updated version now that I'm in uni and I also figured this could give you some meal inspo. Chicken Sandwich Mix:
1 cooked chicken breast (200g)
1 cup chickpeas
1/3 cup mayo
1 stalk of celery
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Mix (blend) the chicken, chickpeas and celery.
Combine with mayo, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Served on bread of your choice with lettuce
