I am in California so I watch the SHAC Shack on KZbin. I love starting my day with you, sitting down with my morning coffee, paper, pencils and pens. Listening to you today I realized I have been ignoring my usual morning routine which is to get up, shower and get dressed first! I have been hanging around in my pajamas until noon!!! And without realizing it, that break in routine has been making me a bit crazy. Thank you so much for taking the time to not only provide us with an amazing doodle session every day, but also sharing how you are feeling and coping. You share your heart a well as your art and have provided many great tips for keeping it ALL together...Mind, Body and Spirit...in these crazy. Love, love love you Barbara Gray!
