3 RULES OF DECISION MAKING BY NAVAL:
1. When faced with a difficult choice, if we can't decide, then the answer is no
(Choices are abundant, but we get locked in for a long time when we choose something. So, only say yes when we're pretty confident.)
2. If you have two choices to make, and they are relatively equal choices, take the path that is more difficult and more painful in the short term but has long-term gains ( Hard choices, easy life. Easy choices, hard life.)
3. In times of interpersonal conflicts, make the choice that will leave you more equanimous (calm and composed) in the long term
