Hi It is Catonius, a Moderator in Clark County. In the start of the video you said there's a lot of "useless" empty buildings around 3:32- these buildings are empty storefronts that can be rented / purchased with the in-house business system.

Game sucks because devs are lazy and you have to appeal outside of the game instead of in-game. Game talks about giving players freedom but you have to do all this useless bullshit just to play
