Mainly its the space they take up, the hot griddles etc., theft and the massive amounts of garbage they and their patrons leave. I think this law is great, walked up to the Bellagio fountains to take a photo last winter I'm a local. An asian woman came with all these buddha necklaces and asked for a donation and in exchange she relayed you get a necklace, well me being a dummy, I was like " awe look at all these pretty necklaces, sure maam, I'll support you. I stopped taking photos of the fountain and reached into my pockets being polite, (im a newbie here from Arizona) 😂 That lady as soon as I took out a $20 and asked for $10 back she outright snatched my $$20 and in the crowd that lady was GONE! SIMULTANEOUSLY she dropped me my necklace but man she straight up snatched my $20 and gave NFs! That right there hardened me ill never be nice again out there. Rotten lady.
