CLARK to NEW CLARK CITY via the NEW ACCESS ROAD.

We were able to use the new access road that connects Clark, Pampanga to New Clark City, Capas, Tarlac.
The road is such a sight and has a good bike lane. It is not newbie-friendly though because it has steep climbs and descents. Nevertheless, it is a great cycling destination.
