Try singing it with the track lots (at least at first) this gets the tuning in your head and try it with a metronome playing so you don't lose your timing once you do it with just a backing track, don't give up and good luck it's a hard song try to not be too discouraged!

Keep practicing! Try rapping at a slower tempo and gradually speed it up. And, watch Renee's recording making note of where she breathes during the song and listen to how she delivers the trickier parts (for me it was "The gossip in New York City is insidious.) It took me about 2 weeks of practice to get to the normal tempo and the right breathing. Memorizing the lyrics helped the most.
