You don't need a "good" pc. I'm still using my 2600K from 2011, RX 5700 and 24gb ddr3. Only "new" thing is the graphics. Runs great too at full graphics. :~)

I think random breakdowns would be awesome. Even having to do minor repairs yourself like on gold rush. Replacing filters and hoses etc. Also dynamic weather. And events that effect crop yield. Like hail or insects eating crop. So you never know how much crop you will get. Not a case of. Do these steps and get this amount of crop.

This map is, well, top draw, as you may say.. it’s big, at night it’s chin dropping good, the stars, the monochromatic look ie. no colour.. I will say no more, the map speaks for itself🙂

Yea, random damage, i like that idea. Along with the weather influence, good rain and sun = good yield and droughts or too much rain = less yield. Right up till hail, totally destroying crops (all switchable or set to degrees in the menu of course)

Speaking of farmers, I farmed for 30 years, I did dairy farming. It is very hard work long hours 7 days a week. You can't call in sick, no Vacation. Unless you have kids who are old enough to deal with it a few days. Great video Mr.S P.

We live in the countryside and have a few farms around us. I'm a similar age to MrSealyP myself and as a kid got to sit with the driver in a combine... I hated it!! no cab, dust levels through the roof and the noise atrocious!!! However, I'm well up for a go in an air con modern machine..... Regarding breakdowns, most the Fendt & Massey Ferguson fitters are always driving up the farm road 😄

Yep been here done that as they say, I am a farmers daughter, farmed for over 50 yrs and it never gets any easier! I've done cattle sheep goats chickens pigs horses and rabbits. Carted 25'000 bales of straw with my dad one year (small bales in 80's) when I was unloading the trailers by hand, totally back breaking, started at 4am finished every day at 11pm and fish and chips every night while the harvest was on. Can’t remember how many hours spent in Calmsden but this is another level . Just started debt and and absolutely nothing and in month 1 24k up . Know first year will be really rough and hopefully towards end will have a small foot hold and couple of machinery bits.

If you're running 1 day months, contracts will come up several times a day. (at least 3 times) But you might have to go 0,5 time speed to do your'e contracts. Then speed up time to get the next set of contracts. I do believe either way you can get all contract of the month.

There has been a lot of maps, I'm thinking back to FS19 as well that you haven't done Let's Plays on and it's always for the same reasons. To be honest it's frustrating. Some people watch everyone but others only watch one or two creators and they want to see you play on the best maps. So I'm all for it.

Its very difficult to get the harvester and header out of the shed on court farms, can be done but not without some crazy maneuvering, a bit too tight that area . Keep up the good work Mr sealy p .

I disagree with pipe on the right. if you ever have a combine stuck around the slough always have a pipe too the left so it can be unloaded.

I started playing FS22 a few days ago , after it came to PS Plus and was looking for a good British farm map to start on as I wasn't too keen on the 3 maps which came with the game. Checked out your map tour of this one and after 10 or so minutes knew this was the map I had to get. Started it 2 days ago and have got to say, it's probably my favourite map ever. Love everything about it, except perhaps the stealth fences hidden in some of the hedges 😆 Gonna follow along with this Lets Play as I play the map too. EDIT: I had the same problems getting that combine out and also, for some strange reason, my combine header was 100% damaged from the start too, and I had to take it to the repair shop on the farm.

Mr. Sealyp, the end of the episode where you talk about mental health and the whole bit of the importance of slowing down to take in the details is exactly why you are my first choice when it comes to youtubers who play FS! Your play style and personality are a light in a rather dim world found on the internet. You talk about going to the lake district as your way of finding yourself and keeping yourself grounded. Im very similar to that myself and need a good hike or fishing trip every so often. I do have to say though, those things arent always easily accessible during the work week and so I often find myself turning to your videos when I know I need positivity and good vibes! I cant speak for all of your other fans, but for me, Im here to see the game played in your style, to see you face challenges head on, and listen to your stories or advice on everyday life! I wouldnt want to watch you just lolligag around making everything easy or extremely exciting on the big maps. You trying to drive the combine out of the shop is the perfect example. I would rather watch you face that challenge and laugh at yourself along the way for making silly mistakes than to watch you build the perfect shop with the easiest driving lanes around it. This is because I get to see you stay positive through the whole process and just keep rolling with the punches. I know its just playing a video game but those moments can be so inspiring for me! Not only in my own FS plays but also in real life with all of the small inconvenient problems that pop up. They can either change your day for the good or the bad according to how you react to them. Seeing you constantly react in positive ways helps remind me that everything isnt so important, and to slow down and just take it as it goes! All of that just to say thanks Mr. Sealyp, for continuing with the lets play how you are wanting to do it and not what will get you the mega views and clicks on the channel! Im an American and dont normally use this phrase but it fits too well not to say it! Just keep cracking on!!

I do miss the "immersive" lets plays, where you werent fighting with being on multiplayer, werent having to deal with mod issues, etc. but theres a line thats hard to not cross from immersive to "realistic", and all the realism stuff that is completely uncanny valley and pulls you right out of immersion because they have problems that dont exist IRL because it IS a game.
