Yo te recomiendo que si, igual mi palabra no tiene tanto mérito, soy Th 9 xd, pero algo que siempre he hecho es mejorar TODO antes que el ayuntamiento, realmente no veo problema con que subas a th 12, siempre y cuando no dejes a tus muros así, si no que vayas progresando hasta que todos los niveles queden acordé al ayuntamiento :)
