Honestly supercell has done an amazing job at troop balancing, there arent really any objectively bad troops, even goblins can be useful as swarm bait, or even early game resource farming

Goblins were never bad, just tricky to use for the casual player. THey technically have the Highest DPS per housing space (when targeting Loot), seconded by the wizard, But they can't attack in Range.

I think Ballon should be s tier. Lavaloon is arguably the strongest attack in the game. Lavas could be bypassed by lightning spells or ice hounds or by queen walks and similar, but loons are pivotal. So definetely s tier and pekkas, while very strong, isn't really that valuable. When was the last time a Pekka had a big role in an attack?
