All you gotta do is take it slowly and very gradually(don't rush it) speed it. You have to take your time. It does feel rough on the tongue at first but you get used to it.

Depends on how good the player is 😬 I’m not sure the average high school trumpeter could get this “presentable.” It’s a very difficult piece. But an advanced high schooler probably could with a few months
