Perhaps possibly keep or slightly increase his slow effect with a low chance of freezing enemies for 1/2-2/3 the time of a freeze spell but only the enemy he hits when that chance ability pops off

@@Im_a_tornado_44 even a little buff wouldn't be that fun. The card is super defensive, and good with tornado. Quite a few decks, like my icebow deck, use them and it's a fine card. Ice wizard meta would be really stupid
