its not bad, record time attack is with edrag. Some base makes it easy to use edrag. You could also say barbarian is bad troop but someone tripled th17 with 300 barbs. Should it be used regularly? no, but the point is if you are good at planning, you could make a "bad" troop useful

Titan boots need a nerf they nullify cc and skeleton traps and gives more healing than the guanlet when the king is the tank and the guanlet is made for him to tank where the boots do damage
