Great Alto solo, and love Eva smiling at the hot licks. Wonderful Toshiko Akiyoshi who composed this jewel is shown here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bXO1eJaZgqt_aqc. So cute and young on a "Whats's My Line" show from 1956... she was still a student at Berklee.... Steve Allen asks her to come on his show...she's the last contestant. Her Jazz LP's with Lew Tabackin are great.

And uncharacteristically, Motis is missing some notes, pausing, doesn't sound confident.... btw, I Love her and especially the newer WDR Big Band tunes... not picking on her... just thought it odd.
