Chuuya changes outfits at 15, stormbringer, and 16 after stormbringer ,at 22, and the prison. So in total Dazai has 4 outfits and Chuuya has 5

You know what i have never seen people notice? Like, the BSD fandom compare Mori and Dazai, but they have never compared Chuuya and Verlaine, even tho Chuuya looks like Paul. If you search Nakahara's and Verlaine's pictures of a full height, you can notice that Chibi's style is the same as Paul's. The hat, clothes, even the hair.

I think Aizawa's quirk wouldn't work on Dazai because his ability is always activated, unlike him who has to consciously activate it. So there would be a "which takes effect first" moment and in this case, Dazai wins.
