The limitation of per capita income is it hide disparities, means for example while calculating India's per capita income we will also count mister Mukesh Ambani's income who is one of the richest man in world and it will increase our per capita income but it does not show that 40% percent of our per capita income is what he forms alone (just assuming) and on the other hand there are people who are people not earning much and some are earning very much while some is unemployed so it is the disadvantage of per capita income that it hides disparities. Sir,First of all ,I would like to say thanks for your great efforts for us.I have found magnet brains from one of my best channel for my purpose as it provides free and quality content and is feasible to all in all aspects.I am so lucky to get all the great teachers at one platform -Magnet brains. A boat is safe in the harbour but it is not in the purpose of a boat. Once again thank you sir. Answer of the question asked at 35:58 . Limitations of Average income are as follows - 1)It does not say anything about the distribution of income. 2) It hides ground level reality. 3) It also hides disparities. 4) It only tell us about per capita income and not other aspects such as educational status (NET attendance ratio,literacy rate) and health status (Infant Mortality Rate and life expectancy ), etc.

Actually option d is correct because we need both infrastructure and health centers.For ex- if a person who lives in a village has to carry his pregnant wife to the nearest hospital, what if the road is not right or the bridge connecting them to the hospital is broken. Anything can happen to the child as well as to the mother. And, not only in the case of villages but in cities to for ex- someone has to take his 6 month old child for treatment to a hospital , now there is too much jam on the road because of an accident and because of this he will get late and anything can happen to his child but what if there was not only a road but a flyover too, big vehicles like trucks and buses and other vehicles too would have two ways of passing , so it will create less traffic.
