Mam in last lecture of light reaction you hav told that the stromo of thalakoid contain free H+ ions and NADP+.but here you telling that stroma of choroplast conatin these. So are we comparing stroma of chloroplast with lumin of thalakoid or stroma of thalakoid with lumen of thalakoid in case of H comcentration?
