For English, go through NCERT and study chapters 3 to 4 times. Practice writing section and learn basic grammar of grade 5th 6th 7th. Physics, solve NCERT based questions and don't completely rely on theory, practice numericals as well. You gotta practice and learn it while revising backlog as well! If you meant that you are scoring lil in periodic table chap, i would suggest, learn all the trend based questions like electron affinity or ionisation potential decreases down the group etc.. Keep reading ncert and constantly revise your notes. Less gaming and more STUDIES!!! All the best for your final exams. Study well!!
