There are two executive .. Permanent executive -- for eg , IAS , IPS, IRS etc . They are not dissolve after a certain tenure . They are permanent . They are choosed by giving exams . They advised political executive . But permanent exceutive is not answerable to people . Political executive . For eg council of minister pm and cm etc . They changed during elections on people want . And they are answerable to us .

There are small geographical units in a state known as contituencies. An MP is elected from each constituency in an election. The boundaries of constituencies and reserved constiruencies are decided by Delimitation Commission on basis of respective population .

Sir I think Germany is coming together type of federation as it can veto a legislation and can't be forced to vote for the United legislature rather it is bound to vote for the state matters.
