In Islam people do nikah and in situation of divorce it's is said in their holy book "you will be punished for this act" molvie comes as in Hindi pandit comes ..... marriage in Muslims' religion considered as Sunnah .....the act performed by their beloved hazrat Muhammad (SAW)
