Sir joh issue of shares mai company balance sheet ki video thi(2018-19) usmeh aapne ek hi sum karwaya tha sirf share capital ka(Srk and Sallu) aur woh bhi bohut hard wala kuch samjh nhi aaya tha iss baar plz jab(2019-20) sirf share capital ke sums karwaye toh plzz scratch se shuru krna aur pure hard sums tak jaana.Hope you could relate to me as i am sure many others too would be having the same issue. Would be great if u could do something about this as u also know that in boards only share capital sums have earlier came.

Sir, I have a doubt in incorporation expense as you said it is a fictitious asset whereas I think that it is a liability for the company as this expense is done by promoters for company so company definitely has the liability to repay it. Please correct me if I am wrong and also explain the reason behind why it is a fictitious asset and not a liability for the company.
