Firstly do not feel anxious..relax and start from book 2 company one that book will take 10-15days and study from sunil sir and for book1 1month is sufficient and book 3 consists 20 marks then go for it cash flow statement takes 10 days apx and that is important chapter..do not worry just go for it.. Sabse pehle, ek deep breath lo bhai. Yeh phase temporary hai, har kisi ko kabhi na kabhi aise feel hota hai. You're not alone and you can do this. Make a plan - simple aur manageable. Ek-ek chapter ko lo aur basics samjhne se start karo. Thoda practice karna shuru karo, chaahe 30 minutes hi kyu na ho initially. Jab hum sirf result ke baare me sochte hain bina process pe focus kiye, tab hi self-doubt aur anxiety badh jaati hai. Abhi sirf apna focus chhoti progress pe rakho. And remember, yeh struggle sab face karte hain kisi na kisi point pe. This shows that you actually care. Thoda chill kar, overburden mat ho aur ek consistent routine banane ki koshish kar. Aapmei yeh handle karne ki power hai. You’ve got this!

Ye sabse common struggle hai, especially jab syllabus ka load bahut zyada hota hai. Pehle toh apne phone ka usage thoda control karne ki koshish karo - agar ho sake toh kuch productive apps ka istemal karo jo time limit set karte hain, jaise Forest - ya fir Doosri cheez, apne din ko chhoti chhoti cheezo me divide karo. Pura din kaam karne ka sochne se better hai ki 25-30 minute ka “study sprint” rakho aur phir 5-10 minute ka break lo. Yeh Pomodoro technique kaafi effective hoti hai procrastination ko todne ke liye. Ek din me sab kuch khatam karne ka pressure apne aap se hata lo. Aur subah uthne ka advantage tabhi hoga jab pehle se hi decide kar lo kya padhna hai. To-do list bana lo raat ko, bas 3 important cheezein. Din ke starting me unpe dhyan do. Dheere dheere aapko lagne lagega ki progress ho rahi hai, aur phone se thoda break milne lagega. Aage badho, aap kar sakte ho!

sabse pehle toh yeh samjh lo ki aap akela nahi ho jo aise feel kar raha hai. Boards ka pressure sab pe hota hai, aur jab puri saal ka output utna nahi hota jitna socha hota hai, toh frustration hona natural hai. Ab karna kya hai? Pehle, apne aap se expect mat karo ki aap ek din me sab kuch change kar loge. Small steps lo. Pehle din bas yeh target rakho ki aap 25-30 minutes genuinely padho bina kisi dikkat ke, phir 5-10 minute ka break lo. Yeh cycle repeat karo, aur dheere dheere duration badhao. Apne distractions ko kam karne ke liye, phone ko silent pe rakh kar door rakho ya kisi doosre room me rakh do jab padhne baitho. Agar zarurat ho toh "focus mode" ya airplane mode use karo. Aap apna study space bhi organize karo - saaf jagah pe padhai karne se focus improve hota hai. Ek plan banao jo realistic ho - aise topics select karo jo jaldi revise ho sakein aur pre-boards ke liye relevant ho. Har chhoti progress ko bhi acknowledge karo, kyunki motivation tabhi aata hai jab aap chhoti wins notice karte ho. Khud se expect mat karo ki aap poora syllabus ek hi baar me kar loge; thoda thoda karke hi aage badhna hoga. Aapko apna schedule shift karna hoga ab, aur thoda discipline lana padega. Par yaad rakhna, changes time lete hain, toh apne upar bahut pressure mat dalo. You’ve got this, bas shuru karna hai aur consistency laani hai. Never give up

PCB wale students ka syllabus bhi bahut vast hota hai, aur pressure ke time pe dar lagna natural hai. Pehle toh yeh samjho ki aapka focus hona chahiye smart study pe, na ki bas lambi padhai pe. Tips for PCB: > Physics: Numerical practice zaruri hai. Basic concepts pe pakad banane ke baad previous year ke questions practice karo. Short notes banao formulae ke, aur unko roz revise karo. > Chemistry: Physical Chemistry ke liye formulae aur derivations practice karo. Organic Chemistry ke reactions aur mechanisms ko flowcharts ki tarah samjho. Inorganic ke liye NCERT pe focus rakho - usme se direct questions aate hain. > Biology: NCERT aapka best friend hai, kyunki direct questions wahi se aate hain. Important diagrams ko achhe se samjho aur practice karo, kyunki unpe questions based ho sakte hain. Keywords aur important points ko highlight karo aur revision ke time par unhe padhne pe focus karo. Study Strategy: Pomodoro Technique use karo: 25-30 minutes padhai aur 5-10 minute ka break. Yeh fatigue kam karta hai aur focus improve karta hai. Daily targets set karo - realistic aur achievable. Agar ek din ka target poora hota hai, toh confidence boost hota hai. Past papers aur mock tests solve karo taaki exam pattern se familiar ho sako aur time management ka idea mile.

Pehle toh, apna schedule realistically dekho - kis time pe aap tuitions ja rahe ho aur pre-boards ke exams ka schedule kya hai. Us hisaab se ek weekly plan banao jisme aap specific chapters ya topics set kar sako. Prioritize karo - sab kuch ek sath karna impossible hai. Pehle woh topics utha lo jo exams me zyada important hai ya jahan aapko sabse zyada practice ki zarurat hai. Small study blocks me kaam karo, jaise 1-1.5 ghante ke slots, aur unke beech 15-20 minute ka break lo taaki aap thake na. Tuitions ke baad jo thoda time bachta hai, usme aap revision ya summary notes par focus karo. Pre-board ka pressure hota hai par yeh bhi yaad rakho ki yeh ek mock drill hai board exams ki preparation ke liye, toh jitna ho sake utna karne ki koshish karo bina overthinking ke. Aap ek daily to-do list banao jo realistic ho, aur end me khud ko appreciate karo agar aapne woh achieve kar liya. Thoda time self-care ko bhi do, kyunki mind fresh rakhna zaruri hai. Stress kam hoga toh focus aur energy dono improve honge.
