I think the 2nd postulate can be stated as ‘when electron makes transition from one energy level to another, the energy absorption/emission can be expressed as hf=…… One can asks why did you consider circular path(Fc=Fe)? This can be explain by writing a 3rd postulates that states ‘Electrons revolve in a circular path called stationary orbits, and there will be no emission or absorption of energy while electrons are in that orbits. Btw Coulombic force is proportional to 1/r^. Correct me Prakash if I’m wrong.
