physical stress and mental stress both are caused by stress, physical stress can be feeling anxious which may cause diarrhea sweating and not just feeling anxious we can loose wait or not feel like eating these are all because of physiological changes going inside your body these changes u can read in pg 54 and mental stress mai u can say u feel frustrated more conflicts happening inside ur head , internal pressure of doing everything perfect and social pressure caused by others these all are types of stress you can find this in book pg 55
