Yes, as it is placed in the 12th from the 7th, it will destabilize the 7th house and its significations. Moon in the sign of Cancer makes it strong and though it is with Saturn, it will give some good positive results. Actually if Saturn is very close to Moon the person may become pessimistic and critical in his views. But, if Saturn is at least 12 degrees away from Moon then the native be of good expressive and emotional character.
