Again, in a nutshell, I would say that the last eight years almost took away LIFE from me..I am said to be alive just because I am breathing.

Again that depends on the position of Jupiter's position and status. Generally for Capricorn ascendant Jupiter is regarded as a malefic planet. But, being the 3rd lord, if it is posited in the 10th or the 11th house from Capricorn, it will give positive results.
