@•Indigo• Endeavor neglected Touya. Its pretty much put into his kids minds that their goal in life is to become the best and surpass All Might. When Endeavor just stopped training Touya and shut down any attempt at training, you can see how that messed Touya up mentally. He was basically told and constantly reminded he was not good enough to fulfill his one purpose in life. Endeavor did nothing to stop him from spiraling into insanity and this neglect drove Touya to constantly try and make his dad proud. When he couldn't to avoid admitting he "wasn't good enough" he put blame on Shoto as he was Endeavors pride and joy, which led to deep seated jealousy. His final attempt at making Endeavor proud failed which caused Touya to lose control over his emotions and burn up, so one could argue the fault of Touya's "death" was once again Endeavors neglect.
