What you have to do is while wrapping when you bring the Thread from bottom to the top portion you need to take it in full flat length from top-bottom itself.* While bringing it to the top take the bunch of thread little cross and bring it up. Hai Mam, If you have pain then do it with some 15min intervel.In the beginning you will experience little pain,then it will be OK.Normally in all the work in the beginning for the first few day we will experience little pain na like that only.Within a week it will be perfectly OK.There will be no pain Mam.Do it with relax.If we do with little tension also we will experience pain,because we will be conscious na that we should wrap the Bangle perfectly...that will also lead to pain.So no tension do it freely, definitely you are going to do ur work perfectly only,no doubt about it.So do it jovially.
