Took the test today. Not in the video: You must engage the e brake at the start of the pre trip When doing the reverse test, you must alight from the vehicle walk to the back and scan the area you are backing into and tap the horn before reversing. I still passed though

You only have a specific amount of time ( I think 30 mins) to complete the prev- trip inspection. I am not sure what would happen if you ran over time. Especially if safety is paramount.
