She was explaining the ball example...she said if now we take a ball which is little more heavier than the previous ball(plastic one) the buoyant force will push the ball upwards but the ball will also apply its force = WEIGHT ..which equalize the two forces in opposite direction thus fb=W ( in that given scenario only)
