Sir my grandmother's doctor was prescribing her the wrong medicine for years severely worsening her lung power.once she found out about this she took action and sued with a local attorney and the court awarded her 100k . The doctor and his tank didn't want to pay up so they tried to run more test proving that it didnt happen from the meds the trst came back reassuring that it did so then it went up to 200k. The first lawyer she had seemed like he was working with them so morgan&morgan stepped in and took over the case. Turns out they have heard alot about that same lawyer and disbarded him, morgan&morgan got the case and was able to get my grandmother awarded 500k plus lifrtime of paid medical from that office a year later she still hasnt received anything.she said the doctor was legally playing the sytem by not paying up claiming bankruptcy?what do u suggest
